The Cornwall Tech Reuse Movement helps Cornwall businesses donate redundant IT equipment safely and responsibly. We collect your unwanted laptops, PCs, servers, monitors and drives, handle data securely, and provide the paperwork you need — while keeping as much value as possible here in Cornwall through local reuse and refurbishment.

What it is

This is a Cornwall-first approach to IT disposal that prioritises security, sustainability, and community impact. Where equipment is suitable, we refurbish it for local reuse. Where it isn’t, we recycle it responsibly. Either way, your business gets a clear audit trail and the confidence that data has been handled properly.

How it works

Signing up is simple. Register as a Business Supporter, tell us what equipment you have, and we’ll arrange a collection time that suits your site. Once processed, you’ll receive the documentation requested.

What we accept

We accept most business IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, monitors, servers, networking equipment, storage devices, peripherals, cables and UPS units. If you’re unsure whether something is suitable, sign up and list it — we’ll confirm what we can collect and advise on the best route.
